Effective October 9, 2026. Klarity Financial Group LLC uses this priority list to record interest in tax preparation and manage requested contact.

Information collected

We collect your name, email, phone number, new or returning client status, service interest, preferred contact method, source of signup, and separate email and SMS consent choices. We retain the time, disclosure version, and text of those choices. The site uses a temporary hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Hosting providers may maintain security and access logs.

How we use it

We use this information to maintain the priority list, respond to your inquiry, manage appointments, and send updates through channels you have authorized. Selecting a contact preference does not grant marketing consent. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Automated sending is currently pending activation.

Access and sharing

Authorized Klarity personnel and service providers that host this site, maintain business records, or deliver authorized messages may process information for these purposes. We do not sell your information. Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Choices and retention

You can request a correction, deletion where applicable, or an end to marketing by emailing creditklarity@gmail.com. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe link. Once text messaging is activated, reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. We keep lead details while needed for the inquiry and retain necessary consent and suppression records to honor your choices and applicable recordkeeping obligations. A repeated signup does not automatically reactivate an unsubscribed contact.

Tax information

This site is not a tax document portal. Do not submit Social Security numbers, tax returns, IDs, banking details, or other sensitive tax information. Klarity will provide a separately approved secure portal for tax preparation.
